Some interpret the pufferfish inflation as a symbol of arrogance or pride, similar to how people might try to appear larger or more important than they are.
The lesson can be used to contrast the pufferfish's defensive puffing with the Biblical call for humility, suggesting that true strength lies not in outward displays but in inward character.
1 Corinthians 8:1 "Now concerning things offered to idols: we know that we all have knowledge. Knowledge puffs up, but love edifies" is sometimes used in conjunction with the pufferfish analogy to illustrate how knowledge can lead to pride if not balanced with love and humility.

For less than $20 per person, each lady can leave with a pufferfish painting of her own design and a great lesson, with some wonderful new friends.

My speaking ministry is focused on encouraging Christian women. I help women see themselves the way Jesus sees them. As a Christian speaker, I always engage my audience with deep, thought-provoking questions and inspire them with my true and powerful testimony. My speaking topics are all life-lessons and relatable. My focus is on real solutions to everyday problems, specifically, the mindset, attitude, and habits that a personal walk with Jesus can provide. I show Christian women that creating a joyful life by embracing God's word is possible for them in any situation. Identity in Christ Jesus is the foundation of everything I speak about.
